At Pipefy, I had a chance to lead the design team from marketing and build together with the product an integrated design system between Figma and After Effects, also responsible for driving the new Visual Design, Art Direction, and UI, which improved our production speed by at least +200%. The role allowed us to empower doers from the team to have intelligence and dynamics to create solutions independently and draw a connected visual style on UX, Ads, and Video projects.

I have extensive knowledge of developing solutions in a way that ensures each project is delivered on time and within budget. Once the project starts, what we can expect is:

1. Planning

The first step of the business is to define a call with your creative team and create a detailed technical design material. These specifications will serve as a roadmap for the development of steps throughout the process.

2. Exploration

This is the first chance to preview the animations. As I usually design processes that optimize scaling, we will have structured paths for developing non-detailed mockup versions. This will give us a quick visual representation of the entire look and feel based on the customer's primary objective.

3. Development

Once I have defined a visual design based on the previous project, I will proceed with the development of the animations, starting in two phases that go together:

- The first involves adding your content and creating the graphics;

- The second is creating the asset library, defining styles and standards for long-term scaling of materials.

4. Test

Once a full version is finished, I will provide a test round for performance analysis, readability and storytelling.

5. Publish

Once we have approved the animations defined in the testing stage, I will deploy
and extend the production development to the others defined in the planning stage.

Once developed, I will continue to provide the necessary support during the period contracted below. After that, this monthly support process will be available for 12 months on my base hour of R$500/hr.
